Sam Newberger
CEO
Sam Newberger is a former Marine Corps Officer with over 12 years of Special Operations and Intelligence Community experience. During this time, he served as a Technical Operations specialist where he learned how to create custom technologies for unique military applications. After leaving the government sector, Sam gained corporate experience as a Program Manager for BAE Systems and served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a small technology company until founding Arc34.
Ryan Fleming
Co-Founder
Ryan Fleming served over a decade in the US Army as a Special Forces Communications Sergeant (Green Beret). His military specialties included RF Communications and Technical Surveillance. After leaving full time employment with the military, Ryan worked at Cisco Systems as a network engineer and team lead in support of a Fortune 25 client. Post Cisco, he worked at a small government contracting firm managing the company’s fabrication and prototyping shop.
